All orders are effectively quotation requests and places the purchaser under no legal obligation. Only when a final price including delivery is agreed will we ask for payment. The larger the order the more flexible our final price.

The Main Menu (on the left of every page) is divided into 2 sections COLLECTIONS (our full on-line catalogue of Garden Furniture and Accessories) and underneath INFORMATION (Detailing Henderson Outdoors services, products, history, policy and business ethics and practice etc. and Technical issues relating to security and privacy while browsing this site.

Clicking a Category/option under COLLECTIONS displays an expanded menu listing all other ranges within the selected Category/option and diplays all product within the first range to the right of the menu. To aid fast, efficient and easy navigation the background colour of the menu item clicked is matched to the background colour of the products displayed. Click on the picture to display the full detail, sizes and other colours available. Move between different items in the range by clicking on the tabs at the top of the page.First and foremost all orders can always be changed, added to or even cancelled.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, you can order as little or as much as you want.

Do you charge carriage?

Single items are charged at cost but charges are reduced on larger orders depending on the order amount and location relating to our Kelso wharehouse.
Exact delivery charges are agreed upon your order and prior to payment.

How do I order on-line?

It is virtually impossible to place an order by mistake. We do not ask for on-line payment, only when your order is packed and ready to ship and a reasonable delivery fee agreed. An on-line order can be easily added to, edited or deleted so experiment & play around with the system until you are familiar and happy with it.

The Ordering System is a 'Javascipt Shopping Cart' that we have adapted to suit ordering on-line from Henderson Outdoors

Once you have decided to order an item click This item is added to a list file that resides on your computer, known as a 'cookie'.

Whenever you click this file is displayed and can be edited

This can be done by changing clicking either . to add 1 to the number ordered or to subtract 1 from the number ordered. If the total is reduced to 0 then that item is deleted from the order.

When you are happy that the list shows what you wish to order click

You are now at the final stage where you are asked for your personal and credit card details.

If you want to change your order you can still go back and start again.
It is only by clickingIt is only by clicking that you will place your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders take up to 24 days to reach customers. If your order has been delayed for some reason, we will try to contact you. If you are concerned about any delays, please email us or contact our sales team by phone.

Can I order by mistake?

It is virtually impossible to order by mistake. An on-line order can be changed. Please make your alterations before submitting the order.
